Solo violin recital of Peter Sheppard Skӕrved

The Cultural centre in the University of Cyprus in Nicosia will host the concert of the famous violin player Peter Sheppard Skӕrved.

Peter Sheppard Skӕrved is the only one of the current musicians who is performing the works of Niccolo Paganini, Joseph Joachim and Giovanni Battista Viotti on the violin. He will present his programme which contains works of Biagio Marini (1594-1663), Avisa of Sammoutis (1979), Jean-Jacques Rousseau (1712-1778), Michael Alec rose (1959), Heinrich Biber (1644-1704), Judith Bingham (1952), Giovanni Bassano (1561-1617), Field Pelleya (1965), Janis Xenakis (1922-2001) and Pietro Locatelli (1695-1764).
