Tomblaine, France. Eleven people were killed when a plane belonging to a parachutist school crashed in the town of Tomblaine in northeastern France on Sunday, according to the local prefecture. The victims included the pilot and all 10 passengers on board.

The local prefecture said those killed were the pilot, five students and five instructors.

The French interior ministry said the interior minister was on his way to the scene of the crash.
