Limassol, Cyprus. A 2.2-magnitude earthquake was recorded in Limassol on Saturday afternoon, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre. The tremor occurred at around 3.20pm local time.

The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre said the earthquake occurred at a depth of 8.4 kilometres.
