Share purchases
The company paid a total of €9,712,300.01 for the shares acquired during the period.
Treasury shareholding
Following the purchases, Allwyn holds 36,789,758 treasury shares, representing approximately 4.56% of its total issued shares.
Cyprus operations
Allwyn operates lotteries and designated games in Cyprus. Its local operations, formerly known as OPAP Cyprus, were rebranded under the Allwyn commercial identity earlier this year.
