During the official visit to Dublin, President Anastasiades met with the Prime Minister of Ireland -Mr. Kenny and with this Irish colleague – Mr. Higgins.
The discussion began with the current issues of the EU and the bilateral relations between Ireland and Cyprus. Apart from Brexit, migration and regional matters, the two sides discussed the ways to resolve the Cyprus problem in the peaceful way.
After the meeting of the leaders, the negotiations between the two delegations have commenced.
The President in his trip is accompanied by the First Lady, representative of the government and the delegation of Cyprus.
