Anastasiadis ready to return to the negotiating table

President Nikos Anastasiadis confirmed the determination of the Greek Cypriots to return to the talks. He also added that he had already sent relevant letters to the UN Secretary-General, the permanent members of the Security Council and the governments of foreign countries. In addition, the president said that he could personally discuss this issue with Antonio Guterres on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.
Recall that the last round of peace talks under the aegis of the United Nations finally ended on July 7 in Mont-Pelerin. Previously, negotiations were also held in Geneva and Nicosia.
