Nicosia, Cyprus. Asbis Enterprises Plc said it earned a net profit of $75.3 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, its best financial performance to date. The Cyprus-based IT distributor reported record annual revenue of $3.86 billion, up 28.4 per cent from $3.01 billion a year earlier.

Revenue growth led by strong fourth quarter

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Asbis reported sales of $1.25 billion, a 34.6 per cent increase from $927 million in the same period of 2024. The company said the growth was particularly strong in December, when it surpassed $500 million in monthly revenue for the first time.

Focus on high-margin products and own brands

The company said performance was supported by a strategic focus on high-margin products, including expanded value-added services and its own-brand portfolio, including AENO, Canyon, and Lorgar.

AI servers and data centre infrastructure boost segment sales

Asbis cited continued growth in AI servers and data centre infrastructure, with sales in the servers and server blocks segment rising 96.9 per cent in the fourth quarter.

Gross profit rises while margin dips

Gross profit for the full year increased 12.3 per cent to $311.6 million from $277.5 million in 2024. The gross profit margin fell to 7.22 per cent from 7.98 per cent.

Assets increase and management cites market share gains

Total assets rose to $1.49 billion at the end of December 2025, compared with $1.20 billion at the end of 2024. Management said the results reflected the group’s ability to adapt to a complex geopolitical environment while gaining market share in core regions including Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Management comment on quarterly performance

“We completed Q4 2025 with a spectacular style, and we consider it extremely successful both in terms of revenues and profitability,” the interim report said.
