Nicosia, Cyprus. Bank of Cyprus on Monday confirmed it will publish its financial results for the first quarter of 2026 on May 11, before trading opens on Euronext Athens and the Cyprus Stock Exchange. The results cover the period ending March 31, 2026.

Annual general meeting plans
Bank of Cyprus has scheduled its annual general meeting for May 15, 2026, at its headquarters in Nicosia, with participation also available via an audio link in Dublin. The meeting is set to address shareholder returns, governance and capital management.
Dividend and buyback proposal
The board has proposed a final dividend of €0.50 per share, subject to shareholder approval, alongside potential share buybacks of up to 10 per cent of issued capital.
