Limassol, Cyprus. A bomb exploded in a parked vehicle in the Ayios Spyridonas area in the early hours of Monday, causing a fire and damaging a second nearby vehicle.
Explosion and damage
Police said the incident occurred at around 4.20am when an explosive device detonated in the car of a 45-year-old woman, damaging both the vehicle and a second car owned by the woman.
Emergency response
Police and the fire brigade were called to the scene.
