Cyprus became one of the top three countries in the EU, where mobile phones are used for internet access.
Overall across the EU, 80% of the users prefer smartphones over laptops, tablets and stationary PCs. In Cyprus this figure is quite higher – 88%. The first place belongs to Spain- apparently the residents of that country almost do not use any other gadgets, but smartphones.
The relevant survey was conducted over 1 year with participants aged 16 to 74 years.
