Nicosia, Cyprus. Cyprus Cement Public Company Ltd announced on Tuesday that it completed a new purchase of its own shares. The company said it acquired 1,244 shares at €1.30 each, for a total value of €1,617.20.
Purchase details
The company said the transaction was finalised during a meeting on June 15, 2026, through the brokerage firm ProChoice Chrimatistiriaki Ltd.
Shareholder approval
According to the announcement, the buyback was carried out in line with the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on June 26, 2025.
