Nicosia, Cyprus. A schedule of rugby events for the final stretch of the 2025-26 season in Cyprus has been announced, spanning domestic competitions, international fixtures and beach rugby tournaments. The programme also includes the launch of the Cyprus Women’s National Team.
Domestic competitions and beach events
The schedule lists Round 2 of the Men’s 7s Championship and Round 4 of the Cyprus Women’s Championship on 21 March at Happy Valley. It also includes the 2nd Cyprus Beach Rugby Championship on 28 March at the Municipal Beach Sports Center in Limassol and Round 3 of the Cyprus 7s Championship on 4 April at AEL Limassol Rugby.
The Cyprus Rugby Cup XV semi-finals are scheduled for 18 April at Happy Valley, followed by the final on 25 April at the same venue. A Cyprus International Beach Rugby Festival is set for 6–7 June at the Municipal Beach Sports Center in Limassol.
International fixtures and tournaments
The calendar includes a Cyprus Women’s National Team UK training camp on 2 May at Eton Manor RFC. An international match, Israel v Cyprus, is listed for 9 May.
International tournaments in the schedule include Milano 7s on 30–31 May, Rugby Europe Men’s 7s Conference 1 on 12–14 June, and the Rugby Europe Beach Rugby Championship on 22–23 August.
Women’s national team launch and gala dinner
