Nicosia, Cyprus. The Cyprus Stock Exchange on Friday said it had extended for an additional two months the suspension of trading in the shares of four companies listed on its Emerging Companies Market. The extension is effective until August 24, 2026.

Extension of suspensions

The decision affects Rianeson Investments Plc, G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd, A.J. Green Shell Plc, and K. Kouimtzis S.A.

The exchange said the regulatory action was taken under Article 185 of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Law, after determining that the reasons for the initial suspension remain unresolved.

Rianeson Investments Plc

The suspension of Rianeson Investments Plc continues because the company did not submit and publish its annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2024, its half-yearly financial report for the period ended June 30, 2025, and its annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2025.

G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd

G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd remains suspended for failing to submit and publish its half-yearly financial report for the period ended June 30, 2025, and its annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2025.

A.J. Green Shell Plc

The suspension of A.J. Green Shell Plc was maintained because it did not submit and publish its annual consolidated financial report for 2024, its half-yearly report for the period ended June 30, 2025, and its annual report for the year ended December 31, 2025.

The exchange also said A.J. Green Shell Plc is in breach of its ongoing obligation to maintain the services of a nominated advisor.

K. Kouimtzis S.A.

K. Kouimtzis S.A. is also subject to the extension because it failed to maintain the services of a nominated advisor and did not submit and publish its half-yearly financial report for the period ended June 30, 2025, and its annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2025.

Possible early lifting and separate action

The exchange said the trading suspension would be lifted earlier if any of the companies meets its outstanding continuous obligations during the suspension period.

In a separate action, the council of the Cyprus Stock Exchange also ratified the decision to suspend trading in the shares of The Reputation Exchange Plc, which was initially announced on June 16, 2026.
