Nicosia, Cyprus. David Hunter, who was convicted of manslaughter in 2023 after killing his seriously ill wife, died on Thursday at the age of 78. He had been taken to hospital on Wednesday.

Sources had told the Cyprus Mail that Hunter had been admitted to hospital due to heart failure.
