Limassol, Cyprus. A 21-year-old food delivery driver was assaulted and robbed by three men in the early hours of Wednesday, police said. The attackers stole €1,800 before fleeing the scene.
Attack and robbery
The driver was in his vehicle at around 1am when he was approached by three suspects riding scooters. The men forced open the vehicle door, pulled the 21-year-old from the car and assaulted him.
Stolen money and medical treatment
After the assault, the suspects stole €1,800 from the vehicle and fled. The victim was taken by ambulance to Limassol general hospital, where he was treated for facial injuries and later discharged.
