Today in the morning the Cyprus police announced that roads to Troodos from Karvounas, Platres and Prodromos will be open only for 4×4 cars or those, equipped with snow chains.
Due to the decrease in temperature and high level of precipitation the roads will be quite slippery and dangerous.
Police reminds to the public about these dangers and urges the drivers to remain cautious and avoid unnecessary travel to the mountains.
