Athens, Greece. Eurobank S.A. said it will announce its financial results for the first quarter of 2026 on May 7, 2026. The bank will also hold a conference call on the same day at 18:00 Eastern European Summer Time.
Results release and investor call
Eurobank said the conference call will be used to present and discuss the first-quarter results. Executives are expected to provide additional detail on the group’s financial trajectory and strategic goals.
Recent capital management and funding activity
The bank said the upcoming report follows a period of capital management and expansion. On April 20, 2026, Eurobank moved to buy back more than one million shares, describing the action as intended to enhance shareholder value and reflect confidence in its internal valuation.
Earlier in April, Eurobank raised €400 million through a bond issue, which it said demonstrated investor appetite and supported its liquidity profile. The bank said the bond issuance coincided with a continuation of its share buyback programme.
