Daughter of the late ex-president Glafkos Clerides has donated the collection of antiques, which belong to her father, to the University of Cyprus. Now the collection which consists of 51 artifacts of the Bronze and Iron Ages will decorate the archaeological research department of the University.
The director of the department, Professor Vassiliki Kassianidou praised Ms. Clerides for her trust and ensured that the collection will be used for educational purposes.
