Nicosia, Cyprus. Fork Food Market will return to the Nicosia Municipal Gardens on May 22 from 7pm, with food stalls, bars and DJ booths set to transform the public gardens for the evening. Organisers said the event will welcome visitors of all ages, including pets.
Schedule and music
Food will be served from 7pm to 11pm, while the bar and music will continue until 12am. DJ Buttercup will provide music throughout the evening.
Vendors and menu
This week’s vendors include Mr Wurst serving special hot dogs; Omni Honest Food offering falafel, chicken honey mustard and halloumi bites; and Mr Stache with three types of pizzas. Bao will serve pork and mushroom bao buns, while Road Buns will offer a beetroot burger, a beef burger and dynamite oregano fries.
Mighty Kitchen will provide three vegetarian options. The Vendor will serve a BBQ pulled pork sandwich, and Trego will offer its signature steak sandwich. For dessert, Dough Pastries will serve cookie dough, chocolate fudge brownie and a deconstructed pavlova.
Reusable cup policy
Organisers reminded visitors to bring their own cups, saying single-use plastic cups have been eliminated. A blue reusable cup will also be available at the bar for €2.
