Nicosia, Cyprus. A 28-year-old Indian national died after police found him unconscious in Solomou Square on Tuesday, authorities said. Police are investigating the circumstances of the death.

Police officers found the man unconscious at around midday and called an ambulance to the scene.
He was taken to hospital, where medical staff attempted to save his life. He died several hours later.
