Nicosia, Cyprus. The Cyprus Stock Exchange on Friday announced that Interfund Investments Plc shares will be transferred from the surveillance market back to the alternative market. The exchange said the move follows the resolution of the issue that led to the initial transfer.
Reason for transfer
The Cyprus Stock Exchange said the reason for the initial move to the surveillance market was resolved after the publication of the company’s annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2025.
Effective date
According to the exchange, the company’s shares will begin trading on the alternative market on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
