Keo plc sets annual general meeting for July 8, 2026 in Limassol

Limassol, Cyprus. Keo plc will hold its annual general meeting on July 8, 2026, at the company’s registered office in Limassol. The company said the official notification for the meeting will not be sent or posted directly to shareholders, in line with article 128 of the Companies Law Chapter 113.


Meeting notice and access

Keo plc said the meeting notification and the form of proxy are available on the company website, the Cyprus Stock Exchange website, and in printed form at the registered office.

Agenda items

The agenda includes the examination and adoption of the management report for 2025. Shareholders will also submit, consider, and approve the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025.

Proposed dividend

A dividend payment of €1.687.276,92 has been proposed, corresponding to €0.04 per ordinary share. The company said the payment would be sourced from the profits of 2024 included in retaining earnings.

Board elections

The meeting will also address the election of new board members to replace those retiring by rotation. Ioannis Charilaou, Demos Demou, and Simos Hamboullas are retiring by rotation, are eligible for re-election, and have been proposed for re-election to the board.

Candidate information and auditors

Keo plc said curriculum vitae for the candidate directors are included in the board of directors’ report on corporate governance in the annual report for 2025. The agenda also includes the re-appointment of Deloitte Ltd as the company’s auditors and the determination of their remuneration for 2026.
