Keve hosts private wealth management conference in Limassol on changing global landscape

The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Keve) on Thursday held its Private Clients in the Changing World Where East Meets West conference, bringing together professionals and experts in private wealth management from around the world. The event took place at the Four Seasons hotel in Limassol and attracted a global audience.


Focus of the conference

According to the chamber, the conference “served as a high-level platform for dialogue on rapid global developments shaping private wealth,” focusing on geopolitical shifts, increasing regulatory demands, generational transitions and the impact of technology and digital assets.

Stavrou outlines aims and context

In his address, Keve president Stavros Stavrou said the conference was a targeted initiative bringing together leading professionals from different jurisdictions and sectors, with the aim of achieving a meaningful exchange of views on the future of wealth management.

He said the global environment is changing rapidly, with uncertainty, regulatory complexity and new economic realities creating both challenges and opportunities. Stavrou said the role of trusted advisers has become more critical, while the need for stable and strategically positioned jurisdictions is decisive.
