Kinisis Ventures invests in Cyprus-based Autonomics Tech through KV Fund II

Nicosia, Cyprus. Venture capital firm Kinisis Ventures, through KV Fund II, has invested in Autonomics Tech Ltd, a Cyprus-based robotics and automation company developing autonomous industrial cleaning systems and a fleet orchestration platform for facilities management.

Investment and strategic backing

Autonomics said KV Fund II joins early backer and strategic investor ASBISc Enterprises PLC as the company scales its commercial deployments across Europe and plans to expand into the United States market.

Technology and platform

The company designs autonomous cleaning robots capable of operating in outdoor, indoor and hybrid environments. Its proprietary SPARC platform enables centralised monitoring, optimisation and lifecycle management of robotic fleets.

Facilities management pressures

Autonomics is targeting facilities management challenges linked to labour shortages, rising wage pressures and increasing service-level demands, which it said are accelerating the adoption of automation across commercial, industrial and municipal environments.

Agreements and deployments

The company said it has secured executed sales agreements, active deployments and multiple Letters of Intent across several international markets.

Deployment in Athens

Recent deployments include Four Seasons Astir Palace in Athens, where Autonomics’ autonomous cleaning systems are being used to support outdoor operations in a hospitality environment.

“At Manifest, innovation is how the company stays ahead of the game,” said Georgios Farlekas, CEO of Manifest Services. He said the group deployed Autonomics’ cleaning robots to optimise how Four Seasons Astir Palace in Athens maintains its outdoor spaces, with robots operating among guests, staff and vehicles.

Farlekas said the deployment delivers better service at lower cost without compromising the luxury experience. He added that the Autonomics platform provides real-time transparency into performance, costs and service quality compared with traditional cleaning models.

Use of proceeds

Autonomics said the KV Fund II investment will support further commercial expansion, continued platform development and advancement of the company’s intellectual property strategy.
