Nicosia, Cyprus. The Cyprus Land Development Organisation (Koag) is set to sign two more contracts in the coming days for affordable homes and apartments as it advances a broader housing pipeline across Limassol and Nicosia.

Contracts to be signed in Limassol and Nicosia

The first contract concerns Adonis III in Pano Polemidia, Limassol, which will include 29 three-bedroom semi-detached houses.

The second contract concerns Alexandra in Lakatamia, a three-storey block with 18 apartments.

Both projects are intended for sale at affordable prices to eligible beneficiaries under Koag’s criteria.

Additional projects planned in Nicosia

Koag is also preparing two more projects in Nicosia.

Ermioni, on Keramikou Street in Kaimakli, is planned to comprise 25 apartments, including five three-bedroom, 15 two-bedroom and five one-bedroom units.

Ioli, in Pallouriotissa, will consist of 48 apartments across two apartment buildings, including 12 three-bedroom and 36 two-bedroom units.

Koag’s project material lists Ioli on Ayiou Nikolaou street and indicates a planned start in April 2026.

Planning permits and rental project in Strovolos

Planning permit applications have already been submitted for two further projects in the capital.

One of these concerns Koag’s first affordable rental project in Nicosia, in Ayios Vasilios, Strovolos, with 54 two-bedroom apartments.
