Limassol, Cyprus. Leptos Group said branded residences, large-scale seafront developments and international partnerships are central to its latest effort to promote Cyprus as a more outward-looking investment destination. The company said its activity across real estate development, hospitality, education and healthcare continues to support Cyprus’ international positioning and competitiveness in global markets.
Projects in Limassol
According to the company, Limassol Del Mar is among the projects that helped reshape the modern image of the city. It described the seafront development as a project that set new standards for Cyprus and as one of the country’s most recognisable architectural landmarks.
The company said the project, located on Limassol’s seafront, introduced a new benchmark in architecture, design and lifestyle infrastructure. It added that the development contributed to the redevelopment and international image of Limassol.
International collaboration
A key element of the development, according to Leptos Group, was its collaboration with Gianfranco Ferré Home. Through this partnership, bespoke furniture collections and tailor-made interior pieces were created exclusively for the Signature Collection residences and penthouses.
Limassol Blu Marine
Leptos Group said it is continuing its development activity through Limassol Blu Marine, which it described as one of the largest mixed-use developments and investments undertaken in Cyprus. The company said the total investment value exceeds €500 million.
The development is located on Limassol’s seafront and consists of four towers, including two residential towers and two office towers, all with panoramic Mediterranean views. The company said the project is contributing to the transformation of Limassol’s coastal front and urban landscape.
Leptos Group said both office towers have been sold, while Poseidon Tower, the first residential tower in the project, is about 95 per cent sold and nearing completion.
Surrounding area and next phase
The company said Limassol Blu Marine is also benefiting from redevelopment in the surrounding area, including the Limassol Marina district, the nearby casino, Aktaia Odos and the wider seafront area. It said these developments are strengthening the city’s international profile and long-term growth potential.
Leptos Group said the next phase of the development includes a collaboration with Roberto Cavalli through Cavalli Tower at Limassol Blu Marine, which it described as the first Roberto Cavalli branded residences in Europe.
