Limassol, Cyprus. Two events planned to take place on Sunday in Limassol were cancelled due to bad weather. The Akrotiri Spring Festival proceeded with a limited number of activities.

In the Footsteps of the Lanitio and Love without Limits – Adopt a Friend, both scheduled for Sunday, will no longer go ahead.

The event had been organised by graduates of the school, and a new date is expected to be announced soon.
Love without Limits – Adopt a Friend
Organised by the Animal Welfare Committee of Limassol municipality, the event was due to encourage the adoption and correct treatment of animals.
Akrotiri Spring Festival proceeds with changes
The Akrotiri Spring Festival, organised by the Akrotiri Environmental Educational centre, continued with a reduced programme. The planned bike ride did not take place, but indoor activities went ahead as planned.
