Nicosia, Cyprus. Logicom Public Ltd said it expects a marginal reduction in turnover for the first half of 2026 compared with the same period in 2025. The company said the decline is primarily linked to the ongoing military conflict in the Gulf region.

Impact on business environment

Logicom said the geopolitical tension has had a negative effect on the broader business environment in which it operates.

Profit outlook

The company said operating profit from regular and existing business activities is expected to remain at approximately the same levels as the previous year.

Demetra Holdings uncertainty

Logicom said profitability, excluding the results of subsidiary Demetra Holdings Plc, is also forecast to remain stable. However, it said it cannot provide a reliable estimate for final net profitability after taxation at this time because information on the expected results of Demetra Holdings is not yet available.

Further updates

The company said it will issue the appropriate announcements as soon as the necessary information becomes available.
