Nicosia, Cyprus. The board of directors of The Mall of Engomi Plc announced on Friday the declaration of an interim dividend for the 2026 financial year totalling €1,000,000. The company said the dividend will be distributed to shareholders in proportion to their holdings.
Dividend distribution details
The company said the distribution will be made to shareholders as they appear in the register of members held by the company and the Central Securities Depository of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE).
Record and payment dates
According to the announcement, the record date for identifying eligible shareholders is July 22, 2026. The cash payment to all eligible shareholders is scheduled for July 27, 2026.
Per-share amount and ex-dividend date
The dividend corresponds to a payment of €0.019 on each fully paid-up ordinary share. The company also said its shares will trade on the Cyprus Stock Exchange without the right to participate in the dividend distribution from July 21, 2026, which is the ex-dividend date.
