Monaco issues arrest warrant for woman linked to parcel bomb attack

Monaco, Monaco. Authorities on Thursday issued an arrest warrant for a woman believed to have orchestrated a bombing in Monaco, saying she would also be subject to an Interpol red notice. French media reported the suspect had been spotted in Germany.

Attack details

Three people were wounded on Monday evening in a parcel bomb explosion in the wealthy principality. The attack was believed to have targeted a Ukrainian-born oligarch.
