Nicosia, Cyprus. Netinfo Plc will introduce additional shares on the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) following approval announced on Tuesday. Trading of the new shares is scheduled to begin on Friday, January 30, 2026.

CSE approval for additional shares

The Cyprus Stock Exchange said it has approved the admission of 192,310 ordinary shares of Netinfo Plc, to be granted free of charge to the company’s group staff. The approval followed a special resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders on September 20, 2024.

The exchange said the new shares will be incorporated into Netinfo Plc’s existing share capital, which will rise to 13,012,980 ordinary shares.

Change in shareholding structure disclosed

Separately, Netinfo Plc informed investors of a significant change in its shareholding structure. The company said GMM AIF VCIC PLC / Real Value Investment Fund now holds 714,000 shares, equivalent to 5.569 per cent of Netinfo Plc’s issued share capital and voting rights.

The company said the stake was acquired following a transfer of shares from Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd – Compartment 2020B2 to GMM AIF VCIC PLC / Real Value Investment Fund on January 19, 2026. Netinfo Plc said the transaction caused the new shareholder to exceed the five per cent voting threshold, triggering a mandatory disclosure under the law.

Netinfo Plc said the announcement was made to ensure timely and full information to investors and to maintain transparency in the trading of its securities.
