Nicosia, Cyprus. Crossline Brewing and Golem Brewhouse will host the Old Town Craft Beer Fest at Faneromeni Square on May 23, bringing together local craft beer, music, and street food in Nicosia’s old town.
Festival details
Organisers said the event will run from 1pm to 10pm, with fresh, local craft beer served in the square and brewed a few metres from the serving point. A variety of beer flavours and types will be available, along with “a few small beer surprises,” according to organisers.
Food and music
A line-up of DJs will play special sets during the festival, with names to be announced shortly. Local vendors will also set up street food stalls, with organisers saying the food will pair well with the beers.
Focus on local craft
The microbreweries said the festival is intended to celebrate “the passion, flavour, and craftsmanship” behind their beers, describing it as a celebration of local craftsmanship and community.
Additional activities
Organisers said the street festival will also include a children’s corner and more.
