Nicosia, Cyprus. Petrolina (Holdings) Public Limited reported a consolidated profit after tax of €8,300,087 for the year ended December 31, 2025, up from €2,725,272 a year earlier. The board proposed a final dividend of 2.0 cents per share.

Financial results and dividends

The consolidated management report showed profit before tax of €8,726,827 in 2025, compared with €3,070,903 in 2024. The proposed final dividend of 2.0 cents per share represents 5.88 per cent and follows interim dividends of 1.0 cent and 1.2 cents paid in November and December 2025, respectively.

Operations and strategic priorities

The group operates 95 stations in Cyprus and 223 in Greece through its subsidiary Silk Oil. The board said the group’s primary objective remains safeguarding its assets and financial resources to ensure growth prospects and maintain profitability, amid “successive adverse geopolitical developments” that have disrupted global energy flows.

Acquisition and brand supply agreement

Petrolina completed the acquisition of ExxonMobil Cyprus Limited on January 30, 2026, and renamed the entity eWise Cyprus Ltd. Following the takeover, Petrolina became an authorised supplier of the Esso brand in Cyprus, expanding its market presence through the Esso-branded station network.

Renewable energy initiatives

The group said it has accelerated its transition into renewable energy by installing rapid electric vehicle chargers under the “pcharge” brand at selected stations across all provinces.

Geopolitical risks and energy markets

Management warned that the escalation of hostilities in the Middle East between the US, Israel, and Iran on February 28, 2026, disrupted maritime routes including the Strait of Hormuz. The report said mutual attacks, mainly with missiles and drones, disrupted key sea routes, imbalanced global energy flows, and led to a sharp increase in global energy prices.
