Paphos, Cyprus. Police carried out 12 deportations after coordinated immigration checks in the Paphos district on Wednesday. A total of 19 individuals were arrested for residing illegally in the Republic.

Police said 12 of those arrested were deported immediately following the operation.
Remaining cases
Police said procedures to deport the remaining seven individuals are underway in cooperation with the competent authorities.
