Real estate sales are growing In Cyprus

As reported by the Department of Land Resources, in August the amount of transactions with real estate grew by 27%, compared to the same period last year. At the same time, over the last month 572 contracts on the purchase and sale of real estate have been concluded on the island.
According to the report, most of the housing is purchased in Limassol. However, the number of transactions in Nicosia, Paphos, Famagusta and Larnaca also increased significantly over the past month.
