Skek president joins Limassol real estate panel at 20th Property Development & Construction Conference

Cyprus Real Estate Agents Association (Skek) president Christos Nicolaou participated in a roundtable discussion at the 20th Property Development & Construction Conference & Exhibition on March 17. The panel examined the outlook for Limassol’s real estate market over the next decade.

Nicolaou, who leads an association affiliated with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Keve), joined a panel discussing developments and prospects in Limassol’s property market. Participants examined issues concerning the dynamics of Limassol’s real estate market, the trajectory of luxury development in residential and commercial properties, and sources of demand from local and international buyers.
