Nicosia, Cyprus. La Fiesta Escénica will bring its production of Cinderella to Cyprus for the first time with two performances in Nicosia. The non-verbal New Age circus show is scheduled for March 21 and 22 at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre.
Production and format
The show combines image-based storytelling, theatre puppets, dance and circus techniques. It features high-dimensional sets, unique props and colourful costumes, and is presented as suitable for audiences of all ages.
Performers and visual elements
The production includes acrobatics by internationally acclaimed artists. It also uses life-size animatronic animals instead of real animals, an approach that received international recognition and earned the company the Roncalli Award.
