Lympia, Cyprus. Three collisions caused major delays on the Larnaca-Nicosia motorway near Lympia on Monday morning, temporarily closing both lanes, police said. The motorway reopened at around 10.45am.

Police said the accidents occurred at around 8.30am near the Lympia exit, leading to heavy congestion and traffic disruption in the area.

Both lanes were closed for a period, with traffic diverted via the old Larnaca-Nicosia road at the Lympia exit.

Police and ambulances were dispatched to the scene, while officers managed traffic and worked to clear the road. Police said the motorway reopened to traffic at around 10.45am.
