Akamas, Cyprus. Unplugged Cyprus and Mountain Expeditions Cyprus are preparing a two-night offline retreat in Akamas on June 26-28, offering a phone-free stay focused on nature, climbing and relaxation.
Phone-free retreat planned in Akamas
The Nature and Climbing Retreat will take place at Aphrodite Eco Camping in Akamas. Organisers said the event is designed as a weekend without phones or screens, allowing participants to spend time in nature without notifications and distractions.
Programme includes outdoor and wellness activities
The agenda includes dinners under the stars, morning meditation, guided rock climbing at Ineia Climbing Crag, swimming, sunset-watching, visits to the Baths of Aphrodite and Botanical Gardens, and evenings with board games and conversation.
Climbing open to beginners
Organisers said all activities are optional and participants can follow their own pace. The rock-climbing activity will be led by certified instructor Panayiotis Loizou, with all equipment provided and no previous climbing experience required.
