Vance says U.S., Iran have made progress in talks and seek to avoid renewed military campaign

Washington, United States. U.S. Vice President JD Vance said on Tuesday that the United States and Iran have made substantial progress in their talks and that neither side wants to see a resumption of the military campaign.
