Yeroskipou, Cyprus. The cycling lane on Goddess Aphrodite avenue will undergo a €108,452 restoration project beginning on September 1, Ierokipia municipality announced on Tuesday. The works are expected to take two months.
Contract signed
The contract was signed on Monday by Ierokipia mayor Nikos Palios and Rogiros Anastasi, representing ANC Waterproofing Industries Ltd.
Infrastructure upgrade
The project forms part of a wider plan to upgrade public infrastructure in Yeroskipou’s tourist area.
Once completed, the restored cycling lane is expected to provide safer conditions for local residents and tourists.
