About the event
Thursday 6th of October at 20:30
After the unique performance of the Schoenberg’s “Pierrot Lunaire”, the 8th International Pharos Contemporary Music Festival will present Larry Weinstein’s documentary, My War Years – Arnold Schoenberg.
The film will take the viewers back to the beginning of the 20th century, at the period of the WWI, when Schoenberg creates the last postromantic plays and first atonolic creations and then to the beginning of the 1920’s, when he discovers the twelve-tone technique.
