The 1st renovation stage of the Ap. Andreas Monastery has been completed

The palmers will have the opportunity to visit the Monastery of Ap. Andreas on the Karpaz peninsula from the beginning of the next month. The first renovation stage out of 4 in total of the derelict monastery is coming to the end and the monastery will be handed over to the chairmen of the Committee on the 20^th of October during the opening ceremony.

The renovation of the monastery will make its input in the continuing process of the strengthening of trust between Greek-Cypriots and Turkish-Cypriots in the context of the protection of the cultural heritage.
