Russian strike on Odesa port kills one, damages Antigua and Barbuda-flagged vessel

Odesa, Ukraine. Russian forces launched an attack on port infrastructure in Odesa on Saturday, killing one person and injuring three others, according to regional authorities. A commercial vessel flying the flag of Antigua and Barbuda was damaged in the strike.

Port damage

Odesa Regional Governor Oleh Kiper said in a statement on Telegram that the attack also caused significant damage to port infrastructure.

Several shore facilities were hit, resulting in structural damage to buildings, storage tanks and logistical warehouses within the maritime complex.
