The foreigners are actively purchasing property in Cyprus

According to the data of the first half of 2016, the demand for Property in Cyprus grew by 37% and overall volume of deals increased by 1/3 in comparison with the same period of the previous year. This tendency, however, does not guarantee that during the next year the volume of sales will keep increasing.

The analytics believe that the increase in sales was not only caused by the decrease in prices- among other factors, the simplification of the acquisition of the Permanent residence permit for the owners of more elite properties also played its role.
