Nicosia, Cyprus. The Cyprus Stock Exchange on Thursday extended the suspension of trading in Reputation Exchange Plc shares on its Emerging Companies Market for a further two months, until October 19, 2026. The suspension relates to the absence of a listing adviser and the company’s failure to publish its annual financial report for 2025.

Reasons for suspension

The CSE said the suspension remains in force because Reputation Exchange Plc does not have an appointed listing adviser and has not issued and published its annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2025.

The exchange said these circumstances continue to apply and that the company remains in breach of its reporting obligations.

Legal basis and possible lifting

The decision was taken under Article 185 of the Cyprus Securities and Stock Exchange Law, the CSE said.

Trading in the company’s shares will remain suspended through October 19, 2026, unless the reasons for the suspension are resolved earlier. The CSE said the suspension could be lifted before that date if the company meets its outstanding obligations during the suspension period.

Emerging Companies Market

Reputation Exchange Plc is listed on the CSE’s Emerging Companies Market, which is intended for companies meeting the market’s specific listing requirements.

The latest extension follows the continuation of the circumstances that originally led to the suspension of trading in the company’s shares.
