The K-Cineplex cinemas in Nicosia, Larnaca and Paphos will organise the screening of the opera “Mermaid” written by the Czrch composer Antonin Dvorjak.
The “Mermaid” opera – is a story about sad love of the Neptune’s daughter towards the light-minded Prince, for whom the Mermaid is ready to give up her beautiful voice and requests old witch Ezhibaba to help her to acquire a human soul…
The Mermaid is played by Latvian opera singer Christine Opolais, and the opera also features other star cast consisting of Eric Owens (Neptune), Katarina Dalaiman (Duchess), Jamie Burton (Ezhibaba) and Brandon Iovanovich (Prince).
