Larnaca, Cyprus. A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a mass brawl that broke out in Larnaca last month. He was remanded in custody for eight days after appearing in court in Paralimni.

The man appeared at the Famagusta district court in Paralimni on Sunday and was remanded for eight days. He is accused of transporting firearms to the scene of the brawl and of aiding and abetting offences committed there.
