Agros, Cyprus. The Agros Rose Festival is returning this month for its 18th edition, with events scheduled across two weekends in May. The annual village festival highlights Agros’ rose culture through rose-themed activities, markets and live entertainment.
Festival schedule and location
The festival will take place on May 9-10 and May 16-17 in Agros village, Limassol district.
Markets and daytime activities
Market stalls along the street will feature creations by local artists, Cypriot produce from makers, and arts and crafts. Children’s activities are scheduled for the afternoon.
Live performances
In the evening, seven musicians will perform live. Additional dance and live music performances will take place throughout the weekend.
Rose-picking experience
Visitors seeking a more immersive experience can join a 5.30am rose-picking activity on Sunday morning in the rose fields.
