Asbis Group reports $60.2 million net profit for 2025 on record revenue growth

Nicosia, Cyprus. Cyprus-based IT distributor Asbis Group reported a net profit of $60.2 million for 2025, describing a record year driven by strong demand across multiple technology segments. Net profit increased from $54.2 million in 2024, the company said.

Financial performance

Revenue reached $3.9 billion in 2025, a 28% increase year-on-year, supported by expanding demand for IT products and infrastructure. Profit from operations rose to $111 million, up 18% compared to the previous year, while the gross profit margin stood at 7.22%.

Demand drivers

Chairman and chief executive officer Siarhei Kostevitch said the company experienced dynamic growth, citing an explosive revenue increase and historic monthly sales driven mainly by the boom in AI server components, data centre building blocks and smartphones.

Geographic reach and projects

The company described 2025 as a landmark year, coinciding with its 35-year anniversary, and said it had expanded its reach across approximately 60 countries with facilities in 34 markets. Kostevitch said the group had been engaged with customers across multiple layers of the supply value chain and involved in projects upgrading data centres in different territories.

Outlook and expansion

Asbis Group said it expects large-scale investment in cloud and AI infrastructure to remain a key driver of growth in the current year. The company also cited expansion into Africa and the United States, along with new strategic partnerships and product launches under its own brands, as reinforcing its position as a leading value-add distributor in the EMEA region.
